I’ve been coaching since 2012 helping clients build and accelerate their leadership skills and navigate their career inflection points with intention. I enjoy working with clients on big questions and challenging goals to help break them down ambiguity and uncertainly into manageable pieces and actionable steps.
I have a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Georgetown University. I completed my coach training at Coach U. I’m certified in several personality assessments and tools that supports my coaching work including: DISC, Hogan Assessment, and TypeCoach.
Prior to starting my coaching practice, I was a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. While working for some of the firm’s most senior leaders, I got a crash course in leadership development. I was responsible for managing and transforming underperforming teams across the company, as well as coaching several senior leaders (COO, Head of Legal, Head of Accounting), and designing the organization’s first-generation talent management roadmap.
