I don’t think a lot of progress happens when we stay in our comfort zone, so I will be direct, and I will challenge you to help you move ahead. I’ll do this while keeping your best interests in mind and empathizing with you—creating change is hard!
I CREATE A SAFE BUT CHALLENGING PARTNERSHIP WITH MY CLIENTS.
SHE PUSHES ME BUT ALSO HAS A GREAT WARM DEMEANOR. SHE IS VERY INTENTIONAL ABOUT SETTING GOALS AND COACHING.
I’ve been coaching since 2012 helping clients build and accelerate their leadership skills and navigate their career inflection points with intention. I enjoy working with clients on big questions and challenging goals to help break them down ambiguity and uncertainly into manageable pieces and actionable steps.
I have a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Georgetown University. I completed my coach training at Coach U. I’m certified in several personality assessments and tools that supports my coaching work including: DISC, Hogan Assessment, and TypeCoach.
Prior to starting my coaching practice, I was a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. While working for some of the firm’s most senior leaders, I got a crash course in leadership development. I was responsible for managing and transforming underperforming teams across the company, as well as coaching several senior leaders (COO, Head of Legal, Head of Accounting), and designing the organization’s first-generation talent management roadmap.
